Order your Foldies worry-free, we have a healthy return policy and warranty.

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return your new Foldies for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping them back here to our office within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns of over three pairs will be required to pay a restocking fee.

To process a return you must:

  • Email support@foldies.com, include your order # and the reason for the return
  • Receive a return label from Foldies support
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation in the return shipment
  • Ship your Foldies back in the original packaging
  • Use a trackable shipping method

Once we receive the package we will refund your original payment method less return shipping cost.

**This return policy does not apply to prescription orders.  Due to the customization required for prescription lenses we are not able to accept returns for our RX line.  We will work with you however to try and make them right, so reach out to us with any questions.
