Returns

Order your Foldies worry free, we have a healthy return policy and warranty.

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return your new Foldies for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping them back here to our office within 30 days of the delivery date.

To process a return you must:

  • Email support@foldies.com, include your order # and the reason for the return
  • Receive a Return Authorization Number from Foldies support
  • Include the Return Authorization Number and a copy of your order confirmation in the return shipment
  • Use a trackable shipping method

Once we receive the package we will refund your original payment method.

Although rare, it sometimes happens...if for some reason your Foldies break, we offer a Two Year Warranty.

Please note: Your product must be returned unused in its original packaging. Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
